  • Geography: Located in Southern Asia, India is slightly more than one-third the size of the U.S. It claims 4,700 miles of coastline and is home to Kanchenjunga, the third tallest mountain in the world that lies on the border with Nepal. India is surrounded by Arabian Sea on one side and Bay of Bengal on the other.
